Shipping policy
All orders are packed and shipped by me personally, via standard USPS First Class Mail.
- Typically, ready-made items will ship within 2 business days. I need time to prepare made-to-order items. Those will typically ship within 2-4 business days. Custom orders will vary.
- I can’t guarantee the shipping time once your package is in transit but will be glad to help with the tracking of any late/lost packages.
- I am not responsible for any extra charges on international orders. The customs process may also delay the delivery.
- All orders are shipped in a gift box ready for gift giving. The outer packaging will either be in a padded envelope or box depending on the size of the order. When shipping larger boxes, I strive to recycle outer packaging so don't be shocked if it's not new, it's just reused.
The following are estimated standard (non-holiday) shipping times:
- Shipping within the USA: 2-8 business days
- Shipping to Canada: 7-21 business days
- International shipping: 7-21 business days

Insured orders will receive a full refund if the order is lost in transit. It is recommended to fully insure your order as I cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. Once your item leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of carrier.
