Refund policy
If you have questions prior to purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me through my contact page or directly through one of my social media sites. I do my best to provide clear and accurate images of my pieces, as well as materials, size, and dimensions.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, exchanges or store credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If we agree an exchange is in order, any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Pieces must arrive in the same condition shipped and with the original inside protective packaging.
Although I can't offer to refund, if you are unhappy with your purchase I will do my best to make things right. I value you as a customer and your happiness with your purchase is important to me.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me immediately if it has been damaged during shipping.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
